Starting with inbound freight from UK or overseas suppliers, Charterlink can manage the whole supply chain. Inbound cargo will be carefully unloaded, checked for condition, marks, and entered into our stock control system.
Customers who use us to manage their inventory include: toy manufacturer and distributor, packaging supplier to the food industry, hand bag manufacturer and distributor, metal products, motorised cars and bikes.
Goods are picked same day, even for orders received up to 14:00 hours, packed, labelled and despatched all before 17:00 hours.
Our Logistics Department provides bonded warehousing for deferment of taxes and duties, ERTS warehousing, and general purpose warehousing for all other freight.
Our site in Felixstowe gives us over 50,000 square feet with pallet racking, which means we have storage for every requirement. This includes high value cartonised products, lower value raw materials, to goods stored in bond. We have 24 hour on-site security (even at weekends) and the building is alarmed.
